TOM YUM GOONG
Prawns, Thai shallots, cherry tomatoes, and oyster mushrooms in a spicy soup flavoured with galangal, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, and my home-made smokey! chilli-jam.

TOM KHA GAI
Sliced chicken breasts, Thai shallots, cherry tomatoes, and oyster mushrooms in a spicy coconut soup flavoured with galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and lemongrass.

GAENG SOM PLA
A hot and sour fish soup with Thai wild ginger and lots of vegetables!

Stir-Fries

PAD KHING
Chicken or pork, marinated in lemon juice and light soy sauce, stir-fried with ginger, spring
onions, garlic, and black mushrooms.

PAD MET MA-MOANG HIMAPARN
Turkey, marinated in my secret sauce… stir-fried with cashew nuts, spring onions, toasted red chillies, garlic, and onions.

PAD HET (V)
Oyster mushrooms stir-fried with ginger and garlic.

PAD KRA-POW!!!
Chicken breasts freshly chopped and dressed with dark soy sauce… stir-fried with Thai holy basil, fresh chillies, garlic, and onions.

Prawns, pork, or chicken stir-fried with sugar snap peas, garlic, and onions.

Seafood

PLA KRAPONG KOA CHOOB KAMIN TOD KROB LART PRIK
Whole sea-bass, dusted in turmeric, fried until crispy – served with my home-made hot & sweet tamarind-chilli-garlic sauce.

Whole sea-bass steamed with lemon, garlic, and Thai herbs in white wine.

GAENG KWEO WARN GAI
Chicken stewed in green curry with a medley of Thai aubergines and Thai sweet basil.

GAENG KWEO WARN SEE KRONG MOO
Pork ribs stewed in green curry with a medley of Thai aubergines and Thai sweet basil.

GAENG KWEO WARN GOONG
Prawns in green curry with sugar snap peas and Thai sweet basil.

GAENG MUSSAMAN
Tender beef or mutton stewed in a rich slightly sweet & very aromatic curry with potatoes and onions.  Of the Thai curries… this baby has the most variety of spices used.  Served with a refreshing cucumber and shallot relish.

GAENG GARI GAI
Chicken legs stewed in mild yellow curry with potatoes and onions.  Served with a refreshing cucumber and shallot relish.

GAENG PHAR
Jungle curry… no coconut milk but still delicious… chicken, lamb, or pork with Thai holy basil, Thai wild ginger, and a serious mix of vegetables in a red curry paste based stock… be warned: this curry is quite spicy!

GAENG PENANG
A 'dry' red curry… coconut milk cooked until thick… pork, chicken, beef, or lamb + loads of kaffir lime leaves and Thai sweet basil.
