Apart from preparing home-style Thai cuisine for you, I can also teach you how to prepare my great traditional dishes in the comfort of your own home.My Thai cookery courses take place over 3-4 hours and usually occur during the afternoons of weekends. Prices start at £150 for 1-2 students; and you will learn how to prepare four Thai dishes. Of course you will get to eat and enjoy everything that you cook.
And yes, learning the recipes for my family's secret curry pastes is included in my cookery courses. I sure hope my granma won't mind me sharing her secrets with you!
