How to have your very own personal Thai chef
It’s easy to arrange for Your Thai Chef to cook traditional home-style Thai food in your home, for you, your friends, and family to enjoy.

Your own customised menu
My menu is available online, allowing you to personally choose each of the dishes you would like me to cook. I recommend choosing a minimum of four courses: a starter, two main courses (I suggest a curry and a stir-fry) and a dessert. Or a five-course meal could include a seafood dish in addition to a curry and stir fry.
Or, if you prefer, I can recommend a selection of dishes that will provide you and your guests with a great medley of Thai dishes covering the various mix of flavours that this cuisine is famous for. Simply call me to discuss the various options available to you.
As well as the food, I can also recommend great wines that have been specially selected to compliment Thai flavours.
Confirming your booking
Once you confirm the number of your guests and the dishes you would like me to cook for you, I will quote you a price. To confirm your booking, and preferred date, a deposit is required. Please read my booking policy for more details.
I can help you be the perfect host
A couple of days prior to the event I will send you a copy of the final agreed menu, so you can provide this to your guests – and get them excited about the Your Thai Chef experience. I will also send you a copy of my Host's notes; this has been developed through my experience of cooking for various clients, and provides you with tips on how to ensure your Thai dinner party runs smoothly.
The Your Thai Chef experience
On the day of your event, I will arrive approximately two hours prior to your dining time in order to start preparing your Thai dinner (or lunch).
Your Thai Chef will then get to work, while you sit back and enjoy time with your guests. Or, if you prefer, you and your guests can watch me cook their meal, and learn how to cook each of my home-style dishes that have been chosen.
Once you are finished (and happy) with your meal, I will be saying my good-byes and leaving your kitchen as spotless as when I found it. Or if your guests have questions about Thai cuisine, and the traditional recipes, I’m happy to share my stories and experience with them over an after dinner chat.
The after experience
After your Thai dinner party, I aim to leave you with memories of the delicious Thai home-style dishes you have just enjoyed, and will send you a copy of my recipes.
