Booking
- Confirmation of dishes ordered and number of diners must be provided a minimum of five days prior to the event.
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, the following cancellation policy applies...- If you cancel one week prior to your booking date, then Your Thai Chef will refund your deposit in full.
- If you cancel with less than five days notice, unfortunately Your Thai Chef cannot refund your deposit.
- If you cancel with less than two days notice, the full quoted price of your event is payable to Your Thai Chef.
If Your Thai Chef needs to cancel, the following policy applies...
- If cancellation is advised at least three days prior to your event, then Your Thai Chef will refund your deposit in full.
- If cancellation is advised less than two days prior to your event, then Your Thai Chef will refund your deposit and offer to prepare a complimentary Thai feast at a new date convenient to you.
Special Dietary Requirements and Food Allergies
You must inform Your Thai Chef when making a booking if you or any of your guests have any special dietary requirements or food allergies.
