Your Thai chef was very proud to have had the fantastic opportunity to help out Action Against Hunger on their Love Food Give Food project with two of London's top chefs Mark Jankel (The Food Initiative)  and Jun Tanaka (Pearl Restaurant) at their Street Kitchen stall during Taste of London Food Festival 2011.

In October 2010, your Thai chef Brett was invited by Borough Market to advise one of their market stalls on preparing Thai green curry. 


So next time you try the Thai green curry at the Furness Fish & Game market stall, you know it has the Your Thai Chef touch.

Yo Thai Chef is in da HOUSE!

During Spring 2010 your Thai chef was making a regular appearance as a guest chef at an underground supperclub on London's funky Redchurch Street - Full House.


It started off with your Thai chef going Back to Tuk Tuk... then it was a case of Thai Me Up!


Followed on with being Seriously Thai, and finally Full House diners had to say Ciao Ciao Thai Thai as their Thai chef goes off to work in Italy for Summer 2010.

Your Thai Chef provided his well-loved snacks of Betel Leaf Parcels to accompany delicious premium Chinese tea at a tasting event by Choi Time at the Southbank Centre Members Bar.
